Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of engineering projects
Pioneer AI-driven practices to accelerate quality and delivery while meeting standards for security, scalability, and excellence
Drive efficiency through agile methodologies, engineering best practices, intelligent automation, and advanced workflows
Refine processes and tools to optimize productivity and rapid delivery
Bridge engineering and other teams by aligning priorities and translating complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and leadership
Champion a customer-obsessed engineering culture through data-driven, consumer-grade solutions
Integrate emerging technologies and innovative strategies to enhance product depth and support business growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in engineering
At least 5 years in a management role
Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects
Exceptional leadership focused on high-velocity results and a performance culture
Decisive problem-solving and an AI-first mindset
Technical foundation in some or all of Node.js, Ruby on Rails, React, AWS (Lambda/Terraform), and Datadog
Experience using tools such as Claude and Cursor
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Strategic and results-driven approach to engineering and team leadership
Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset
