About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the partnership acquisition strategy for healthcare network partners
  • Identify and prioritize key players across healthcare associations, professional societies, provider networks, GPOs, and healthcare technology integration ecosystems
  • Source, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements with enterprise-level organizations
  • Leverage partner portfolios, member bases, or client networks to drive new business and revenue
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with C-suite leaders and senior partners during acquisition and onboarding
  • Onboard new partners with Partner Success, Partner Marketing, and Partner Program
  • Drive post-signing momentum through partner-referred deals
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to launch and support partnerships
  • Track healthcare program KPIs and report regularly to leadership, including pipeline opportunities, signed partners, and generated revenue

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS or technology solutions into healthcare organizations
  • Experience with hospital and health systems, physician and medical groups, home health/hospice, or skilled nursing/long-term care
  • Mastery of the “one-to-many” sales motion
  • Demonstrated success structuring partnerships that scale through a partner’s network, portfolio, or member base
  • Exceptional financial acumen
  • Ability to build compelling, data-driven business cases focused on ROI, operational efficiency, and value creation
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals with C-suite executives and senior partners at large, complex organizations
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, bias for action, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
