What you’ll need

6+ years of experience recruiting for Engineering, Data, Machine Learning, and related roles
2+ years of in-house recruiting experience
Proven ability to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing methods
Ability to source and engage technical talent in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Strong commitment to exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and methodologies
Ability to contribute collaboratively to a high-performing team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
