Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the platform area end to end, including strategy, roadmap, requirements, launch, and adoption
  • Translate customer and partner needs into technical requirements
  • Define platform success metrics, including adoption and reliability, and use them to guide development
  • Contribute technical depth on architecture, APIs, and system tradeoffs
  • Identify opportunities for AI to improve platform intelligence or reliability
  • Balance foundational platform investments with near-term customer and revenue outcomes
  • Partner with data, product, and business teams
  • Explain the platform's purpose and value to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in product management
  • Background in travel, marketplaces, or fintech is a strong plus
  • Understanding of complex systems and ability to discuss architecture and tradeoffs with engineers
  • Systems thinking and analytical skills, including SQL, KPI definition, and experimentation
  • Experience shipping LLM-based tools or ML-adjacent products in production
  • Ability to make and explain prioritization decisions
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences
