Key responsibilities & impact

Standardize business performance reporting by creating insightful, user-friendly dashboards
Develop, target and track KPIs
Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
Translate data into actionable recommendations
Identify business performance improvement opportunities
Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer business questions
Understand the drivers behind results rather than just reporting them
Collaborate on and support strategic projects and initiatives
Communicate effectively across diverse teams and audiences, including senior management

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree Bachelor or Master
Prior experience in a similar role
Curious, proactive and can-do attitude with proven problem-solving skills
Diligence to prioritize and deliver workload
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with employees at all levels and functions, especially senior stakeholders
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Tenacity, proactivity and confidence to challenge information and processes that do not make sense
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English; Spanish is a bonus
