About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate and further develop the Azure Cloud environment
Design a modern, scalable cloud architecture in close collaboration with the development team
Automate deployments and develop reliable, reproducible release processes
Set up production, test, and QA environments
Build logging and monitoring structures for early issue detection
Develop concepts for automated scaling up and down
Manage backup strategies, performance, and availability
Monitor the costs of the Azure environment
Document the cloud infrastructure, decisions, dependencies, and processes
Support IT security and PCI-related requirements
Work closely with the development team to build a secure, future-ready platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure environment
Experience operating production Microsoft Azure systems
Experience with automation and deployment
Knowledge of Windows Server
Understanding of networking and IT security
German proficiency at least at C1 level
Good command of English for technical and professional communication
Independent, structured approach to work
Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for solving technical problems
