About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and lead management of system integrations between company platforms and external suppliers
  • Oversee connections with hotels, airlines, excursion providers, DMCs, and other travel suppliers
  • Manage end-to-end integration projects, including planning, testing, go-live, and ongoing maintenance
  • Ensure consistent synchronization of rates, availability, content, and bookings across systems
  • Troubleshoot connection issues with internal IT and external supplier technology teams
  • Serve as the main technical contact for connectivity-related supplier relationships
  • Collaborate with suppliers and third-party technology providers to set up and maintain direct connections
  • Ensure compliance with data exchange standards, SLAs, and performance expectations
  • Support supplier onboarding and system configuration for live operation
  • Work with product, IT, and distribution teams to implement and enhance connectivity solutions
  • Maintain technical documentation, mapping guides, and API specifications
  • Coordinate with developers to prioritize integration enhancements and bug fixes
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and data-flow accuracy across integrations
  • Analyse connection logs and booking data to identify and resolve inefficiencies
  • Provide regular performance reports to management and recommend improvements
  • Identify and evaluate new connectivity opportunities to expand the product portfolio
  • Stay informed on emerging travel technology trends
  • Support automation and digital transformation initiatives with the Digital Transformation Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong understanding of travel distribution systems, GDS, supplier APIs, and dynamic packaging
  • Experience with integrations and connectivity with travel suppliers
  • Familiarity with travel CRS, booking engines, and mid-office/back-office systems
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Alignment with sustainability and responsible tourism values
