Key responsibilities & impact

Identify product problems worthy of investment and articulate their business impact and required investment level
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to develop the business roadmap
Drive the full product development process from problem identification through solution development, requirements documentation, engineering alignment, and successful launch
Investigate inbound support issues, product ownership areas, user-reported problems, and data signals
Provide engineering and design teams with context for rapid project decisions
Foster collaboration, continuous learning, healthy debate, and fast iteration
Maintain a relentless focus on product quality, community, value delivery, and self-improvement
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovation and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with clinical operations, design, engineering, company stakeholders, customers, and users

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical depth sufficient to understand how features are built in the codebase with AI assistance and push back on scope
Meaningfully changed work practices through AI; AI-native approach
Self-driven, proactive problem identification and decision-making
Fast learning and ability to build domain context
SQL fluency; ability to write and debug queries and use data insights for product decisions
Ownership and quality assurance of shipped work, including staging validation
Comfort with operational work, data cleanup, and support triage
User research experience with operators or clinicians
Aesthetic sensibility in design, writing, and work presentation
Healthcare or pharmacy domain knowledge (nice to have)
Experience in a regulated product environment such as HIPAA or SOC 2 (nice to have)
