About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze real phishing reports from end-users worldwide
- Build an efficient workflow using purpose-built tooling
- Classify and tag emails and payloads, including credential harvesters and malicious files
- Use structured analytic techniques to build a current view of the threat landscape
- Share findings across the company and with customers about emerging trends and risks
- Co-author concise briefs and in-depth reports for a global audience
- Report insights and notable findings through communication channels and team meetings
- Collaborate on threat intelligence, security engineering, data science, and edge-case analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong interest in cybersecurity and desire to build a career in the field
- Ongoing studies in cybersecurity or a beneficial field such as mathematics, computer science, information technology, engineering, linguistics, journalism, psychology, or communications
- Proactive, independent, solution-oriented approach with strong self-management
- Curiosity and ability to identify anomalies and improvements
- Precision and resilience with high-volume routine triage
- Humility and willingness to seek and act on feedback
- Fluency with AI tools and judgment about when not to trust them
- Ability to defend verdicts with evidence, challenge others constructively, and commit once decisions are settled
- Trustworthiness when handling sensitive data and real organizational emails
- Fluency in English
