About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts in the DACH market
  • Guide deals from initial pipeline through complex procurement to closed-won
  • Drive multi-threaded deals and reach economic buyers early
  • Handle price objections and maintain commercial discipline
  • Lead POC-led selling initiatives with concrete exit criteria
  • Partner with an SDR to prioritize opportunities
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and customer-owned next steps
  • Build pipeline and new business ARR toward quota
  • Report to the EMEA Head of Sales
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Sales Team while independently managing opportunities
  • Potentially help shape a future Germany leadership role and local hub

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native-level or full business proficiency in German
  • Strong working proficiency in English
  • Several years of experience as a closing AE in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of taking deals through procurement in fast-paced software or licensing sales
  • Strong commercial backbone and comfort with multi-threading to an economic buyer
  • Team-first mindset and forecast honesty
  • Self-starter who is phenomenal at current work
  • Strong desire to step into a leadership role as the regional business and team expand
  • Already based in the wider Berlin region prioritized
  • Experience with 3 to 6 month enterprise buying cycles and committees is a bonus
  • Exposure to regulated DACH verticals such as manufacturing, healthcare, or financial services is a bonus
  • Background in cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance software is highly valued
  • Habit of leveraging technology creatively in daily workflow
