About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and support integrations across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments
Guide customers through API integrations and architecture design
Own technical onboarding for enterprise customers and develop implementation plans aligned with IT and security teams
Support deployments within Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Google Workspace
Validate configurations for scalability
Configure and validate secure data exports to customer cloud storage and BI platforms such as Power BI and Tableau
Partner with Sales and Customer Success on technical discovery
Translate customer requirements into clear, executable implementation approaches
Support identity and access management planning using Entra ID, Okta, and Ping
Guide secure SCIM provisioning and SAML SSO implementations
Address customer questions around networking, DNS, authentication, and email deliverability
Serve as a product expert for the US team
Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve complex issues and build integration guides
Guide customers through integrations and email authentication setups
Own complex technical onboarding and pre-sales solution design for enterprise accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise SaaS
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online and/or Google Workspace in complex environments
Experience implementing identity and access integrations, including SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning
Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern API-based integrations; GraphQL preferred
Working knowledge of IAM, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Ability to own complex, ambiguous technical problems and drive them to resolution in real customer environments
Ability to translate technical complexity into clear recommendations that guide customer decisions and influence cross-functional execution
