Develop runtime abstraction layers and intelligent model placement systems across heterogeneous compute resources
Ensure the technical design, development, installation, and maintenance of state-of-the-art software applications and services
Build technical solutions that help developers and engineers deliver faster with modern software and application development tools
Build runtime abstraction frameworks
Implement model placement policies
Develop xPU routing logic
Optimize inference execution
Lead software development projects and platforms aligned with business and security strategies and requirements
Build standards, designs, and automate software deployment
Design and develop solutions that protect and manage software products and data
Contribute to technology strategy and engineering roadmaps; execute strategic software engineering proof of concepts
Supervise external engineering vendors, analyze vendor testing, and provide feedback and expertise to technicians

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in software designing & development, software architecture, programming languages, or a related field
Strong AI runtime expertise
ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO
NPU/GPU scheduling
Edge AI deployment
Knowledge of Agile Methodology, AWS, APIs, automation, C++, DevOps, Docker, Java, JavaScript, Kubernetes, microservices, Microsoft Azure, Python, React.js, scalability, software development, software engineering, and SQL
Must work in the Houston office 4 days per week
Willingness to travel 25%
