Formulate complex statistical and financial models for forecasting.
Define KPIs and metrics to measure business performance.
Lead complex data and business analysis to develop business plans and recommendations.
Construct statistical and financial models to forecast business performance and coach others on model development.
Establish performance metrics and processes for addressing performance gaps.
Manage time-sensitive market research projects and prepare synthesized intelligence reports.
Lead cross-functional teams across business planning activities.
Contribute insights and recommendations to priority projects.
Partner with business leaders to develop business plans and identify opportunities.
Develop recommendations based on potential risks and returns.
Identify analytical tools, models, and methods for business decisions.
Apply business acumen and technical expertise in business planning, operational management, and financial analysis.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.
Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, business strategies, competitive intelligence, customer insights, dashboards, data analysis, data visualization, economics, market intelligence, market research, marketing, new product development, Power BI, Python, R, SQL, statistics, and Tableau.
Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
Ability to work the First Shift (Mexico).
