Key responsibilities & impact

  • Proactively address potential issues and apply organizational solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Resolve technical incidents independently and collaborate on complex or cross-technology incidents
  • Provide preemptive solutions, recognize potential escalations, and notify management
  • Implement solutions for moderately complex customer requirements
  • Identify supplementary services that could drive future service revenue growth
  • Provide technical consultation for contract renewals and influence delivery decisions on assigned account plans
  • Build and maintain relationships up to senior management level in assigned accounts
  • Develop conclusions, recommendations, and written reports using research and data analysis
  • Share knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture
  • Work independently on moderate-scope problems using professional expertise and judgment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in HP products in Customer base, account management, computer customer support, on site customer support, Mission Critical, systems experience, or a related field
  • Advanced degree with little or no work experience may qualify
  • ITIL Certifications preferred
  • Knowledge of automation, commissioning, customer relationship management, customer support, electrical engineering, electromechanics, electronics, environmental health and safety, field service management, hand tools, KPIs, operating systems, preventive maintenance, process improvement, safety standards, technical services, technical support, technical training, and test equipment
  • Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity
  • Ability to work in the United States
  • No travel required
