About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end execution and optimization of customer and partner nurture programs across Print, Personal Systems, and Poly
- Execute multi-touch customer and partner engagement programs across email, automation platforms, enablement communications, and digital nurture experiences
- Partner with Campaign Managers, Content Strategists, Digital Experience & Optimization, and Growth Marketing teams to optimize customer journeys and nurture experiences
- Lead partner enablement communications and activation efforts for SMB, Synergy, and Long Tail partners
- Own email strategy execution, communication sequencing, audience management, testing, deployment, and performance optimization
- Coordinate Campaign Managers, Content Strategists, UX/Web, MarTech, Internal Agency, and Alliance teams for timely delivery of communications and digital assets
- Identify journey gaps, engagement opportunities, and optimization recommendations with Web and Digital Experience teams
- Manage communication governance, nurture calendars, audience contact strategies, and engagement planning
- Track, analyze, and report engagement, nurture, adoption, and conversion performance
- Support testing and optimization of messaging, timing, sequencing, audience segmentation, and engagement tactics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field
- Alternatively, an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience
- Knowledge of Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
