About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights across product portfolios and lifecycle stages
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
- Monitor and report KPIs related to product lifecycle management, business performance, profitability, supply, inventory, and market demand
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability across reporting environments
- Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analytics and decision-making
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered agents providing product lifecycle insights, recommendations, and suggested actions
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring analytical tasks and business processes
- Partner with stakeholders to implement AI-driven solutions
- Generate insights supporting product planning, lifecycle management, launch readiness, portfolio optimization, and commercial execution
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and recommendations
- Collaborate with Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to define and track business metrics
- Analyze market, inventory, profitability, forecast, and supply data
- Present insights, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
- Support business reviews, planning cycles, and ad hoc analytical requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, or a related field
- Proven experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, and dashboard development
- Experience with SQL, Python, and database concepts
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Tableau AI, and other Generative AI platforms
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to business outcomes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Fluent English for communication with team members across the globe
