Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years experience in channels and partner program execution
  • 5+ years in channel leadership
  • Global leadership background
  • Track record of delivering organizational financial results and serving as a senior advisor
  • Experience leading externally (e.g., industry boards/associations) preferred
  • Knowledge of services/subscription selling models
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • MBA/advanced degree preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
  • Strategic planning and execution for profitable growth and market share
  • Financial leadership, including budgets, investments, and P&L decisions
  • Alignment across business units and partners
  • Ability to lead through complexity, drive change, solve problems, and build high-performing teams
  • Willingness to travel 25%
