About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead multiple projects from customer services requirements through enabling orderability, meeting overall TAT and quality goals
- Provide consultancy to sales teams on services and solutions
- Involve stakeholders, set expectations, and communicate process steps and timelines
- Participate in RFPs and solution design with customers and HP teams
- Assist in opportunity qualification and risk assessment
- Provide subject matter expertise on configuration services and engagement processes
- Run feasibility assessments with relevant teams
- Drive and coordinate services delivery with worldwide Engineering, Product Data, and factory teams
- Track project progress and drive communication with customers and sales
- Coordinate proof of concept activities with customers and factories
- Manage escalations and drive resolution plans for technical problems, delays, or customer escalations
- Manage end-to-end customization of Personal Systems products from requirements collection through design, implementation, testing, and customer delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent field
- Experience 5+ years in IT industry and/or Supply Chain
- Customer engagement related experience would be an advantage
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
- Project management skills and associated tools (i.e. MS Project)
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to effectively communicate plans, proposals, and results
- Strong leadership skills (driving attitude, results oriented, proactive follow-up)
- Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of business strategy
