About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and advise on critical business initiatives
  • Oversee analysts across finance sub-functions and geographies/organizations
  • Drive financial management by analyzing, reporting, and reconciling financial and operational results
  • Oversee MEC and Flash processes and provide reporting and analytics leadership to the BU and Category
  • Partner with business and finance leadership to drive cross-functional business analytics and reporting across BU Finance, category, FP&A, and regions
  • Oversee the overall flash and close process
  • Drive content preparation for MEC and Flash reporting at GBU and category level
  • Support SBTN and QBR processes
  • Own major reporting tools and tools required to tell the overall financial story
  • Own creation and maintenance of the overall FP&A calendar
  • Maintain Reporting SharePoint
  • Perform complex financial analysis for a financial function or business
  • Drive global process improvements and policy development initiatives
  • Provide counsel on controls, budgeting, planning, ROI decisions, business plans, and strategies
  • Represent the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning
  • Lead large cross-functional teams and solve complex business problems
  • Mentor and guide lower-level employees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field
  • Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Preferred: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
  • Knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Automation, Corporate Finance, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Financial Planning, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Internal Controls, Investments, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Process Improvement, Profit And Loss (P&L) Management, SAP Applications, and Variance Analysis
