  • Identify additional services with potential for future service revenue growth and provide technical consultation during contract renewal discussions
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior management in assigned accounts
  • Resolve problems, escalate issues according to established procedures, and manage customer expectations
  • Collaborate with internal groups to resolve client issues and improve team effectiveness
  • Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services
  • Solve complex problems, select creative solutions, and manage projects independently
  • Lead moderate- to high-complexity projects, deliver professionally written reports, and support operational and strategic plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in HP products in Customer base, account management, computer customer support, on site customer support, Mission Critical, systems experience, or a related field
  • An advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience may qualify
  • ITIL Certifications preferred
  • Advanced technical knowledge in critical or high-risk technology areas or customer groups
  • Knowledge of automation, customer relationship management, customer support, electrical engineering, electromechanics, electronics, field service management, hand tools, KPIs, operating systems, preventive maintenance, process improvement, technical services, technical support, technical training, and test equipment
  • Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity
  • Willingness to travel 25%
