About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with pursuit and account teams to understand local engagement and contract scopes
  • Provide analysis and information to pursuit and account teams
  • Negotiate commercial terms and business principles during contracting stages
  • Facilitate process proposals, including transfer of vacation accruals and benefits
  • Ensure business controls for order booking, labor tracking, and project cost control
  • Participate in project reviews covering project finances, HR aspects, and commercial terms and conditions
  • Develop customer data analysis solutions
  • Analyze industry and internal win/loss baselines
  • Document and validate assumptions for simulation scenarios
  • Provide consultation and documentation for the SOAR process
  • Advise presales and account teams
  • Build customer relationships and understand existing cost structures
  • Solve complex problems and independently manage projects
  • Lead moderate to high complexity projects and deliver written reports
  • Support operational and strategic plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in contracting practices and government regulations, change management, outsourcing, managed services, or a related field
  • Advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience is an alternative
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Auditing, Business Process, and Financial Fluency
  • Effective Communication, Results Orientation, Learning Agility, Digital Fluency, and Customer Centricity
  • Ability to solve difficult and complex problems
  • Ability to lead moderate to high complexity projects
  • Ability to deliver professionally written reports
  • Ability to support operational and strategic plans
