About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement portions or the entirety of technical solutions for clients in alignment with agreed-upon technical designs
- Occasionally lead detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions
- Develop technical designs meeting specific customer requirements
- Provide technical expertise on technology application, solution opportunities, and integration opportunities
- Lead integration activities and support solution architecture planning and design in complex system environments
- Communicate across client communities and add value to projects
- Contribute to knowledge tools and professional communities through documentation and sharing project insights
- Engage in pre-sales activities and collaborate with sales/principals to support the selling process
- Create internal materials such as knowledge briefs and service delivery kit components
- Solve complex problems and manage projects independently
- Lead moderate to high complexity projects, deliver professionally written reports, and support operational and strategic plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in implementation consultancy, customer support, focused technology areas, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience
