About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive growth of Original HP ink and toner across reseller partners in the Independent Reseller & Contract Stationer channel
  • Own a portfolio of reseller accounts and drive revenue, market share, and profitability
  • Build and execute joint business plans with partners
  • Develop executive and field-level partner relationships
  • Deliver quota and growth targets through strategic selling and transactional execution
  • Drive sell-through, pipeline development, and demand forecasting accuracy
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and expand HP share within existing accounts
  • Analyze partner performance, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Manage promotional investments, MDF/funds planning, and ROI tracking
  • Refine territory and account plans
  • Serve as expert on HP supplies offerings, promotions, and value propositions
  • Equip partners with tools, insights, and training
  • Tailor solutions and programs to partner and end-customer needs
  • Collaborate with marketing, category, finance, and operations on go-to-market initiatives
  • Provide field feedback on product, pricing, and promotional strategies
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners
  • Conduct market and account research
  • Support deal development, including proposals, pricing, and contract alignment
  • Travel 50%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in a field sales environment
  • Experience managing reseller or distribution partners strongly preferred
  • Strong business acumen, including forecasting, planning, and financial analysis
  • Ability to influence without authority and navigate complex partner ecosystems
  • Relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
  • Territory planning, pipeline management, and forecasting skills
  • Strong communication and executive presence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Willingness to travel 50%
