About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage account plans to drive sales growth within legal guidelines
- Lead and oversee complex contract negotiations
- Develop joint sales activities and manage the partner deal funnel while achieving or exceeding quotas
- Recruit new partners and provide risk assessment and business rationale for organizational investments
- Promote the organization’s offerings within partner businesses and solutions
- Engage in transactional and relationship selling while influencing sales professionals
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development
- Monitor partner performance against targets, analyze data, and provide insights to drive improvements
- Lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or another related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field
- Knowledge of account management, automation, business development, business planning, business-to-business, channel sales, customer relationship management, market share, marketing, merchandising, outside sales, product knowledge, sales management, sales process, sales prospecting, sales strategy, sales territory management, Salesforce, selling techniques, and value propositions
