Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end marketing launch of HP’s Enterprise and SMB print services and solutions
  • Drive portfolio-level strategy across Enterprise and SMB services and solutions
  • Lead go-to-market planning and launch readiness for new products, services, and solutions
  • Connect Enterprise and SMB offerings into a cohesive portfolio story
  • Apply customer, market, competitive, and portfolio insights to inform launch strategy, roadmap alignment, segmentation, messaging, and decisions
  • Partner with product, category, sales, and market teams across the NPI lifecycle
  • Develop launch frameworks, enablement direction, and storytelling guidance
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen portfolio differentiation and improve launch effectiveness
  • Translate portfolio priorities into actionable plans, compelling narratives, and field-ready materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, portfolio strategy, go-to-market planning, or a related strategic marketing function
  • Ability to translate complex products, services, and technology solutions into clear customer value propositions and differentiated messaging
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams, including product, category, sales, and market marketing teams
  • Understanding of enterprise, SMB, or technology solution buyer needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive alignment across teams, and move work forward in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Experience with print, PC, workplace technology, managed services, software, AI, security, or cloud-connected solutions
  • Preferred: Familiarity with NPI processes, launch readiness frameworks, sales enablement, and portfolio-level storytelling
  • Ability to synthesize customer research, competitive intelligence, roadmap inputs, and business objectives into actionable recommendations
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed, global organization and influencing without direct authority
