About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive Print's reuse strategy across divisions
  • Lead the product/service portfolio for circularity targets, including product revitalization, device life extension, recovery services, green care packs, and recycled plastics/metals goals
  • Build business cases for circular materials and reuse models
  • Define and harmonize circularity strategy, metrics, and roadmap across Print
  • Lead circularity regulatory strategy and maintain a regulatory and market access roadmap
  • Deliver bi-annual readouts translating regulatory landscape changes for each division
  • Lead POR and choice-point discussions with Ink/Laser/Supplies PMT & BMT teams and Canon program teams
  • Partner on decarbonization and low-carbon materials adoption
  • Set requirements roadmaps, manage meeting cadences, drive decisions and action items
  • Develop forecasts, processes, and tools; build logistical, refurbishment, financial, and accounting structures for reuse and circular offerings
  • Translate sustainability strategy into business-unit goals and drive execution to the employee level
  • Work with the Print Sustainability COE in Singapore and CI lab on competitive product circularity elements
  • Manage senior internal stakeholder relationships
  • Engage NGOs, government, and regulatory bodies
  • Build executive-level storylines and presentations
  • Drive customer-centered innovation in sustainable print offerings, services, and reuse-based business models

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years related professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, or related field
  • Background in carbon footprint, circularity, reuse/product life extension, eco-governance, product development, and operational excellence
  • Familiarity with sustainability regulation and market access requirements affecting hardware and packaging
  • Ability to make crisp and effective executive presentations
  • Proven cross-functional program/project management track record
  • Strong analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Systems thinker
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
  • Able to simplify complex ideas for leadership
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
  • Printing industry/technology knowledge preferred
