About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the ACS planning cadence end to end, including annual operating plan, long-range plan, quarterly and monthly business reviews
  • Identify research, tools, and analysis required to answer high-stakes strategic questions and independently structure analytical approaches
  • Build and maintain revenue, margin, pipeline, attach, cost, investment, pricing, mix, scenario, and sensitivity models
  • Develop recommendations to optimize business and financial performance and explain variance, corrective actions, and forecast implications
  • Lead large, cross-functional planning efforts without direct authority, driving guidelines, objectives, contingency plans, deliverables, and stakeholder delivery
  • Consult with business unit executives on strategy formulation, risk management, and growth opportunities across the Workstations portfolio
  • Prepare executive materials, including QBR and MBR content, leadership briefings, and executive-staff communications
  • Develop new methods, techniques, and criteria for strategy analysis and raise the planning function’s analytical standard
  • Help design and run all-hands meetings, leadership offsites, recognition moments, and employee-listening mechanisms, turning feedback into recommended leadership actions
  • Support the business unit communications plan by drafting and editing all-hands content, organizational announcements, leadership messaging, and internal narratives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Business Process, Business Requirements, Business Strategies, Dashboard, Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Finance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Marketing, and Communication and team engagement
