About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate on transition programs across functions
Ensure implementation of TTM processes and alignment of project plans with overarching strategies
Support transition managers and project managers
Act as a client liaison during the transition period
Assist with developing and implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies for transition and transformation
Coordinate internal and external project activities across all organizational functions
Collaborate with transition/transformation teams throughout deal pursuit and execution phases
Support development of project scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments
Solve difficult and complex problems and manage projects independently
Lead moderate- to high-complexity projects
Deliver professionally written reports
Support operational and strategic plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or another related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
Typically 4–7 years of work experience, preferably in project management, IT, transition implementation, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3–5 years of work experience
PMP Certification
ITIL Certifications preferred
ITSM Certifications preferred
Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Business Development, Business Operations, Change Management, Client Services, Customer Relationship Management, Microsoft Project, Milestones (Project Management), Process Improvement, Project Documentation, Project Management, PMI Methodology, Project Planning, Project Scoping, Risk Management, Risk Mitigation, Scrum, Six Sigma Methodology, Systems Development Life Cycle, and Waterfall Methodology
Effective Communication, Results Orientation, Learning Agility, Digital Fluency, and Customer Centricity
