About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead closed-loop resolution of critical PC quality anomalies, mass-production failures, and escalated customer complaints across the full PC lifecycle
- Evaluate quality risks based on PC shipment volume and market impact
- Drive R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, customer support, CO, and after-sales teams to implement corrective actions
- Establish and iterate PC-specific end-to-end quality standards, workflows, and management systems
- Launch quality improvement initiatives for product design verification, supplier quality control, mass-production process control, and terminal market quality management
- Assess and mitigate quality risks for PC new-product projects across proposal, design, pilot, and mass-production phases
- Conduct PC industry competitor quality analysis and benchmark mainstream brands’ processes, defect rates, after-sales systems, and market quality performance
- Leverage mass-production, testing, and after-sales data to identify quality trends and process deviations
- Perform root-cause analysis, formulate and deploy CAPA plans, and reduce failure and rework rates
- Own and deliver complex PC quality projects, including new-product quality introduction, process upgrades, and mass-production quality stabilization
- Plan and deploy AI-enabled quality-management strategies, including automatic quality inspection, process anomaly early warning, intelligent after-sales fault classification, and quality-data analysis
- Manage internal quality-engineer teams and external PC manufacturing and R&D partners
- Mentor team members, manage performance, and establish quality collaboration mechanisms with component suppliers and OEM factories
- Drive continuous quality improvement across the PC supply chain and full-link product quality stability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s Degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Quality Management, Marketing, or related disciplines
- 10+ years of working experience in the PC industry, including PC-related or PC core hardware R&D and manufacturing
- 5+ years of team management and end-to-end PC quality project leadership experience
- Proven track record in full-lifecycle PC quality system construction and complex quality problem resolution
- Marketing business vision and ability to combine PC market competition trends and user quality demands to formulate quality management strategies
- Expertise in PC end-to-end quality lifecycle management
- Proficiency in PC R&D quality control, SMT process management, assembly quality verification, reliability testing, supplier quality management, and after-sales closed-loop governance
- Capabilities in Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Continuous Improvement, NPI quality management, and Project Management
- Independent market research, quality benchmarking, and strategic output for PC industry competition
- Ability to independently undertake, deploy, and close high-complexity PC quality strategic projects
- Ability to independently plan and implement intelligent quality systems for PC R&D, production, and after-sales scenarios
- Result-oriented, customer-centric, excellent cross-team communication, learning agility, digital fluency, and strong managerial decision-making and risk-control capabilities
- Experience in top-tier PC brands or professional PC OEM factories highly preferred
- Practical experience in AI Agent / AI quality strategy deployment preferred
- Quality patents or enterprise innovation certification preferred
- ASQ CRE / CQE / Six Sigma professional quality certification preferred
- Successful independent cases of PC competitor analysis and end-to-end quality system optimization preferred
