About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the IT roadmap for supply chain planning
- Create and maintain enterprise planning roadmaps covering current and future-state solutions over a 3-5-year horizon
- Lead supply chain planning programs with SAP IBP as the core platform
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from scoping and planning through testing and deployment
- Design integration strategies and data maps while minimizing data footprints
- Manage integration of SAP IBP with SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW, BTP, and third-party tools
- Oversee maintenance, support, and enhancement of supply chain planning systems and applications
- Ensure system performance, availability, and security
- Conduct product assessments, evaluations, and reviews
- Manage and develop a team of IT professionals through guidance, coaching, and feedback
- Build relationships with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners
- Identify and recommend competitive or alternative technologies and products
- Monitor and report on IT performance, risks, and issues
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive domain knowledge of supply chain planning
- Deep technical expertise and strong knowledge of architecture frameworks
- Minimum 10+ years of IT experience
- Significant experience in a techno functional leadership role
- Comprehensive understanding of AI tools / solutions
- Proven track record delivering large-scale and complex cross function IT projects
- Extensive experience with SAP IBP, including architecture, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment
- Hands-on SAP IBP experience required
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, including advanced ATP
- Strong knowledge of SAP BW and other SAP modules and applications related to supply chain planning
- Knowledge of AI models specific to planning along with deployment expertise
- Experience with Kinaxis, Oracle, O9, or Anaplan is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
