Key responsibilities & impact

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and HR colleagues worldwide to deliver talent and organizational solutions
  • Integrate HR and business strategies using analytic capability and execute initiatives that drive tangible results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically 10+ years of HR work experience, preferably as an HRBP or within an HR function managing organizational change initiatives, workforce plans, or other related areas
  • Comfortable with new tech and AI
  • Ability to automate workflows or provide input on process optimization
  • Experience in partnering and collaborating to drive results
  • Superior ability to provide robust, overall HR consultation to all levels in an organization
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to build relationships and partnerships across various functions
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to scope and manage global programs
  • Strong consulting skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights
  • Ability to operate independently in a matrixed environment and manage ambiguity
