About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead highly complex, multi-tower Managed Service Delivery transitions and deployments across Managed Print Services
- Lead the end-to-end deployment and transition of managed print environments
- Coordinate multi-functional and multivendor teams across print fleet management, software, analytics, and monitoring services
- Implement contractual and technical aspects of Managed Service Delivery towers and ensure readiness for steady-state transition
- Oversee scope of work, cost estimates, schedules, DAIR documentation, and operational handover plans
- Manage complex portfolios involving multiple customer divisions and multi-region deployments
- Represent HP to customers and external partners, building C-level and director-level relationships
- Develop and manage governance models, steering committees, PMO structures, quality controls, risk logs, communication plans, and handover frameworks
- Assess risks and lead mitigation strategies
- Ensure contractual compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and create new methods, templates, and policies
- Own budgets, financial performance tracking, and forecasting
- Identify cross-service opportunities that drive customer value and HP growth
- Lead diverse cross-functional teams, often exceeding 20 resources
- Mentor and develop project managers and tower leads
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business, Project Management—or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Experience deploying tangible assets
- Experience managing order placements, site coordination and logistics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience managing external customers
- Expert command of HP Services operational policies, processes, and methodologies
- Deep fluency across Managed Service Delivery principles, including remote monitoring, analytics, and proactive management models
- Ability to resolve complex issues across multiple technical domains
- Skilled in financial governance, contractual compliance, and multi-tower integration
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Six Sigma, or process improvement certifications preferred
- Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, CRM, Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC knowledge
- Willingness to travel 0–25% depending on customer engagement requirements
