About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Collect market, competitor, and customer insights
- Analyze data and translate findings into actionable product insights
- Support concept planning and launches for software experiences
- Help define software requirements with user stories and acceptance criteria
- Use AI and analytics tools to improve research and decision-making
- Support software experiences for HP and Poly collaboration devices, Studio software apps, and Lens/HP Workforce Experience launches
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3rd year of Bachelor’s program completed or 1st year of Master’s program
- Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university
- Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027
- Must not require work authorization sponsorship in the future
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in product management and technology products
- Experience with data analysis and research
- Understanding of user-centered design and UX/UI principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize work and collaborate across teams
- Proficiency with standard productivity software
- Preferred majors/programs: Business Administration, Marketing
- Preferred tools and experience: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, JIRA, Figma, app and cloud software development and launch experience, prioritization models, market and competitive analysis
