About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect, analyze, interpret, and present data to support decision-making and provide organizational insights
- Participate in business enablement teams delivering data-driven projects and solutions
- Execute data collection, analysis, and visualization procedures using Power BI and AI/machine learning-generated insights
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on experiments and validations
- Collect, record, analyze, and communicate data findings
- Develop data stories for presentations and business reviews
- Develop mathematical and financial models, conduct experiments, and support data-driven apps and dashboards
- Participate in data quality governance framework design and optimization
- Apply data analysis skills to create data solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Provide analysis and limited project direction while working independently on moderate-scope problems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically 2–4 years of work experience, preferably in business or financial data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, dashboards, data analysis, data management, data modeling, data quality, data science, data visualization, data warehousing, ETL, financial analytics, machine learning, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and statistics
- Experience or competence with Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power Apps
- Python, R, and SQL are nice to have
- Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency and interest in AI and automation, and stakeholder management
