About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end planning activities across the Poly portfolio
- Connect demand, supply, and execution to deliver optimal business outcomes
- Drive complex planning decisions and identify risks and opportunities
- Ensure alignment between supply chain capabilities and business priorities
- Improve conversion, customer experience, inventory health, and financial performance
- Stabilize and optimize end-to-end planning for Poly
- Ensure demand/supply matching and execution alignment across regions
- Improve planning accuracy, responsiveness, and issue resolution
- Drive conversion and backlog reduction
- Improve customer experience through reliable ship dates, OTIF, and lead times
- Improve inventory health, including reduction of excess and aged inventory
- Strengthen demand shaping and supply optimization levers
- Drive prioritization across products, channels, and customers
- Optimize allocation decisions in constrained environments
- Coordinate with Customer Operations and Category teams
- Develop and leverage KPIs to track execution gaps and business outcomes
- Improve reporting consistency and transparency for Poly performance
- Identify and implement process improvements across planning flows
- Leverage automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights
- Ensure alignment with global planning standards and transformation initiatives
- Interface between supply chain, category, finance, and operations
- Align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and trade-offs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations
- Strong experience in demand/supply planning and business planning roles
- Experience working in complex, global, and cross-functional environments
- Advanced expertise in supply chain planning and execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision making
- Ability to operate independently in complex and ambiguous environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable planning strategies
- Continuous improvement mindset with focus on efficiency and simplification
