Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development, negotiation, coordination, and communication of business plans
  • Explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies to drive growth and market share
  • Drive better business practices and increased business value through measurement and improvement of key activity metrics
  • Develop recommendations from complex data and business analysis and formulate them into business plans
  • Construct innovative statistical and financial models to analyze business performance
  • Establish business performance metrics and recommend strategies to address performance gaps
  • Lead complex, time-sensitive market research projects and identify trends and opportunities
  • Staff and manage cross-functional teams across business planning activities
  • Drive priority projects, make final team decisions, develop business plans, and identify new opportunities with client business leaders
  • Develop comprehensive business plan recommendations based on analysis, emerging trends, and experience
  • Identify or develop analytical tools, models, and methods for key business decisions
  • Counsel business leaders and recommend approaches for executing high-level strategies
  • Develop and execute strategies for building and nurturing long-term business relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field
  • Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, business strategies, competitive intelligence, customer insights, dashboards, data analysis, data visualization, economics, market intelligence, market research, marketing, new product development, Power BI, Python, R, SQL, statistics, and Tableau
