About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and optimize customer and partner nurture programs across Print, Personal Systems, and Poly
  • Execute multi-touch engagement programs across email, automation platforms, enablement communications, and digital nurture experiences
  • Partner with Campaign Managers, Content Strategists, Digital Experience & Optimization, and Growth Marketing teams to optimize customer journeys
  • Lead partner enablement communications and activation efforts for SMB, Synergy, and Long Tail partners
  • Own email strategy execution, communication sequencing, audience management, testing, deployment, and performance optimization
  • Coordinate Campaign Managers, Content Strategists, UX/Web, MarTech, Internal Agency, and Alliance teams for timely delivery
  • Identify journey gaps, engagement opportunities, and optimization recommendations with Web and Digital Experience teams
  • Manage communication governance, nurture calendars, audience contact strategies, and engagement planning
  • Track, analyze, and report engagement, nurture, adoption, and conversion performance
  • Support testing and optimization of messaging, timing, sequencing, audience segmentation, and engagement tactics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field
  • Advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience as an alternative
