  • Define and drive partner strategy, growth plans, and programs aligned with company priorities
  • Provide thought leadership and foster a culture of strategic planning
  • Lead high-impact planning initiatives balancing short- and long-term investments
  • Advise C-level leaders on priorities, risks, and execution strategies
  • Set team goals, develop talent, and champion organizational change
  • Build data-driven business cases and comprehensive financial models
  • Accelerate channel revenue through effective partner programs and superior partner experience
  • Drive operational efficiency and guide investment decisions using risk and return analysis
  • Cultivate relationships with industry and internal stakeholders and commercial resellers
  • Develop process and capability development strategies aligned with broader strategic goals
  • Track and report business metrics, financial targets, goals, and business insights
  • Create a performance-driven strategic planning culture
  • Influence executives on risk management and implementation tactics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years experience in channels and partner program execution
  • 5+ years in channel leadership
  • Global leadership background
  • Track record of delivering organizational financial results and serving as a senior advisor
  • Knowledge of services/subscription selling models
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience leading externally (e.g., industry boards/associations) preferred
  • Management consulting a plus
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
  • Strategy, strategic planning, and execution expertise
  • Financial leadership, budgeting, investments, and P&L decision-making
  • Ability to align across business units and partners
  • Leadership through complexity, change, and problem solving
  • Team management and strategic thinking
