About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the strategic direction of the SCFS organization and lead projects supporting growth
- Use data analytics to identify operational problems and launch process-improvement projects
- Lead technical programs involving multiple functions and worldwide project teams
- Expand factory capabilities using standardized global designs
- Act as the SC focal point for New Service Introduction (NSI)
- Design, develop, and improve Supply Chain Services processes
- Enhance customer experience through intuitive tools
- Automate processes and connect siloed systems, data, and processes to reduce manual work
- Engage stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, scope, and timelines
- Execute strategy to deliver new supply-chain processes and capabilities
- Manage organizational change for adoption of new or changed processes
- Communicate status effectively to sponsors and stakeholders
- Keep programs aligned with other strategic initiatives
- Solve complex business problems and improve operational performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- PMI PMP or PMI-ACP certification, LSS Green Belt certification, or equivalent
- Strong desire to understand and improve processes
- Proven experience applying Agile practices and driving end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, including process redesign, system implementation, User Acceptance Testing, and organizational change management; ADKAR experience preferred
- Quality-first, metrics-driven mindset, leveraging KPIs and data insights
- Experience with PLM, PDM, BOMs, and SAP
- Hands-on experience creating reports using Power BI or pivot charts/slicers in Excel
- Ability to create succinct PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences
- Working knowledge of SAP materials management and factory processes, including service orders, material master, BOMs, SKU/CTO, EDI signals, cost, and document management
- Foundational knowledge of AI principles, including generative AI, data-driven insights, and responsible AI usage; prior exposure or training preferred
- Strong emotional intelligence and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, SharePoint workflows, and InfoPath
- Financial acumen in P&L, revenue, cost, and gross margin
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required, preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain
- Typically 8–10+ years’ workforce experience after college graduation
- Typically 4+ years’ experience in supply chain functions and understanding of end-to-end supply chain
- 8+ years of medium-scale/cross-functional project management experience
- PMP, LSS Green Belt, and AI certifications preferred
- Experience working in SAP with PLM, PDM, and BOMs highly desired
- Working knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain and Manufacturing
- Advanced team and project management skills
- Advanced data analysis and Excel skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of complex modelling and financial analysis
- Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English and local language
- Business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools and intermediate-to-advanced Excel
- Foundational knowledge of AI concepts
