About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide exemplary administrative support to the SVP & Deputy General Counsel for Trust & Privacy, Trade, and Enterprise Operations Legal
  • Manage the Leadership Team’s calendar, including meeting prioritization and resolving calendaring conflicts
  • Coordinate with other Executive Assistants and align meetings with the L1 Executive Leadership Team as needed
  • Manage travel-related needs, including resolving issues promptly
  • Complete accurate and timely expense reports
  • Plan and schedule meetings for the Trust & Privacy, Trade, and Enterprise Operations Legal Organization, including travel, hotel bookings, and ground transportation
  • Ensure adherence to HP policies and procedures related to travel and expenses
  • Provide leadership and partnership to other Legal Assistants
  • Build a strong network to ensure timely and accurate completion of work
  • Resolve complex assignments with judgment, initiative, and specialized knowledge
  • Complete work with minimal supervision

Requirements
