About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and maintain relationships with top management to drive execution of HR programs
- Act as senior adviser within area of expertise during strategy development, functional policy setting, and implementation
- Perform highly complex HR or business analysis to achieve objectives
- Collaborate with centers of expertise to apply HR resources to business needs
- Advise on crucial business initiatives and lead HR programs and processes
- Assess HR implications of business strategy, identify opportunities, and design solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- 10+ years of work experience, preferably in HR functions, organizational change initiatives, workforce plans, or a related field
- Knowledge of business strategies, change management, data analysis, employee engagement, employee relations, human capital, human resource management, human resource strategy, HRIS, labor law, organizational architecture, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, project management, succession planning, talent acquisition, talent management, Workday, and workforce planning
- Preferred Strategic HR Business Partner Certification (SHRBP)
- Preferred Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification
- Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity
