About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the technical lead for global OEM accounts
  • Provide roadmap and planning insights covering platform, commodity, and regulatory areas
  • Support sales teams during customer engagements and visits
  • Act as a pre-sales technical consultant for Advanced Compute Solutions
  • Lead change management efforts, including SCRs, lifecycle influence, and LTB planning
  • Navigate and resolve undefined or inconsistent process areas
  • Engage with CSS engineering to support current and future development
  • Create and deliver roadmap and planning content
  • Define Lifecycle Agreements and draft Long-Life documentation
  • Lead internal cadence across HP’s Big 3 teams
  • Drive customer NPI projects and integration into Custom Services (CIS)
  • Interface between OEM and HP R&D teams
  • Provide white-glove program management and technical consultation to HP’s top OEM accounts
  • Drive alignment between customer needs and HP’s internal capabilities and lead cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 7+ years in enterprise sales or business development
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Preferred: 3+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or Business Intelligence
  • Masters degree preferred in Business Administration or a technical field
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Automation, Change Management, Computer Science, Continuous Improvement Process, JIRA, Kanban Principles, Lean Manufacturing, Milestones (Project Management), New Product Development, Process Improvement, Product Management, Project Engineering, Project Management, Project Planning, Project Schedules, Risk Management, Scrum (Software Development), Software Development, and Sprint Planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Experience in program management and strategic planning
  • Technical fluency and comfort engaging with engineers and developers
  • Ability to balance customer collaboration with assertive decision-making
