Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for major areas of the HP app

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree relevant area or demonstrated competence
  • Typically 10+ years of experience in product management, digital products, software, or related fields
  • Demonstrated success delivering customer-focused products at scale
  • Experience working across engineering, design, analytics, and business organizations to drive measurable outcomes
  • Extensive experience leading software or digital product initiatives with significant customer and business impact
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving customer problems
  • Proven ability to define strategy, prioritize investments, and execute in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in agile software development environments
  • Familiarity with experimentation, product analytics, customer journey mapping, and growth frameworks
