Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute strategic plans to improve and optimize business processes and capabilities across the organization
  • Design architectures for key processes and capabilities aligned with business architecture and long-term vision
  • Collaborate with departments and business units to integrate processes and capabilities across the organization
  • Use data analytics and modeling to identify trends, patterns, process improvement opportunities, cost reduction opportunities, and revenue enhancement opportunities
  • Monitor process and capability performance metrics and KPIs and provide improvement insights
  • Apply standard project management and quality improvement methodologies
  • Identify risks associated with process changes and capabilities and ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Align processes and capabilities with strategic objectives and changing business needs
  • May act as a team or project leader, directing activities and facilitating information validation and team decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in business operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field
  • An advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience is an alternative
  • Preferred certification: Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP)
  • Knowledge of accounting, Agile Methodology, auditing, business operations, business processes, business requirements, change management, continuous improvement, data analysis, KPIs, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, project management, Python, SAP Applications, Six Sigma Methodology, supply chain, software development, and workflow management
  • Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity
  • Ability to respond to moderately complex issues within established guidelines
