About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead architecture, design, development, and implementation of supply chain planning solutions, including forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and available to promise
Define and execute the IT roadmap for supply chain planning
Create and maintain enterprise planning roadmaps covering current and future-state solutions over a 3-5-year horizon
Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain planning programs using SAP IBP as the core platform, from scoping and planning through testing and deployment
Design integration strategies and data maps while minimizing data footprints
Manage integration of SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP BTP, and third-party tools
Oversee maintenance, support, and enhancement of supply chain planning systems and applications
Conduct product assessments, evaluations, and reviews
Manage and develop a team of IT professionals through guidance, coaching, and feedback
Build relationships with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners as a trusted IT advisor
Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative technologies and products supporting enterprise application and data strategy
Monitor and report on IT performance, risks, and issues
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive domain knowledge of supply chain planning with deep technical expertise and strong knowledge of architecture frameworks
Minimum 10+ years of IT experience
Significant experience in a techno functional leadership role
Comprehensive understanding of AI tools / solutions
Proven track record delivering large-scale and complex cross-functional IT projects
Extensive experience with SAP IBP, including architecture, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment; hands-on experience required
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including advanced ATP
Strong knowledge of SAP BW and related SAP modules and applications
Knowledge of AI models specific to planning along with deployment expertise
Experience with Kinaxis, Oracle, O9, or Anaplan is an added advantage
Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
