About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide thought leadership and drive complex, time-sensitive business and partner requests
- Prepare and distribute financial reports and dashboards to senior management
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and decision deliverables
- Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability and provide recommendations
- Develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts
- Develop and maintain financial models for decision-making, scenario planning, and investment analysis
- Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, investigate variances, and identify performance drivers
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop mitigation or capitalization strategies
- Improve financial planning and analysis processes using technology and best practices
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, business units, and other stakeholders
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing team through goal-setting, coaching, professional growth, and change leadership
- Allocate resources, tools, and capabilities to enable team success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in a management role and in financial analysis, planning, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial performance drivers
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change
- Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, financial reporting, ad-hoc analysis, process improvement, risk management, and data visualization
