About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct leadership to senior-level exempt individual contributors and managers
- Coordinate, manage, and lead strategic development projects for complex categories or business units
- Define and drive vision, strategy, and processes for strategic initiatives expanding into new markets and business lines
- Collaborate with executive leadership to refine supply chain strategic goals and objectives
- Develop and implement plans aligned with the company's mission and vision
- Monitor and evaluate progress toward strategic goals and communicate updates to senior leadership and executives
- Develop end-to-end business process migration strategies, tactics, project plans, and timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, quality control, research, and marketing
- Manage strategic supply chain models translating physical and financial flows into business processes and company business systems
- Analyze industry and market trends, competitors, growth opportunities, and internal performance
- Identify supply chain and operations growth opportunities
- Develop business cases and financial models supporting investment decisions
- Hire, set and monitor performance plans, coach, and support career development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field
- Experience in strategic supply chain, operations, or related fields
- Experience developing business cases and financial models
- Experience with supply chain models and business process migration strategies
- Experience conducting industry and market trend analysis
- Team management, coaching, and career development experience
- Strategic thinking, prioritization, resilience, and customer centricity
