About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and drive the Peripherals Portfolio Strategy within the Personal Computing / Systems organization
  • Develop and secure approval for high-level global PSS plans and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in introduction plans
  • Develop and own a comprehensive GTM scorecard/dashboard with metrics, goals, and benchmarks
  • Lead closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs and execute indicated actions
  • Define customer segmentation strategies globally and tailor PSS experiences
  • Oversee global marketing operations activities, including CRM updates, accrual management, and collateral fulfillment
  • Develop advanced sales training materials
  • Partner with sales senior management in retailer/reseller account calls and development
  • Champion the portfolio internally and externally
  • Mentor and guide lower-level employees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field
  • Strong product management background
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Agile Methodology, Analytics, Business Development, Business Strategies, Business To Business, Customer Relationship Management, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Market Research, Marketing, Marketing Strategies, New Product Development, Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Project Management, Thought Leadership, and Value Propositions
