About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide end-to-end day-to-day support for new product setup in the S4 system and other required systems, including cost and pricing.
  • Manage escalations, respond to stakeholders, and resolve issues within 3 days.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with other teams to deliver results.
  • Ensure 100% quality control and data accuracy.
  • Process tickets according to TAT and ensure timely closure.
  • Resolve complex service master data issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external customers.
  • Assist team members with daily operations and provide training and onboarding for new team members.
  • Collect stakeholder and customer feedback to identify improvements and recommend changes to product and service master data setup.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma and university graduate
  • Typically has 10 years of related working experience in material master data setup
  • Preferably familiar with SAP S4 Hana, MPO, C4, i-cost, phweb, CReST, etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana, MPO, C4, i-cost, phweb, CReST, etc.
