Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead hands-on technical program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of AI or software features, solutions, or products
  • Lead planning and execution of complex and visible AI projects or programs supporting the evolution of AI products
  • Partner across functions to prioritize, plan, track, and execute complex cross-organizational programs
  • Define AI vision, strategy, and roadmap with product managers and engineers
  • Mitigate program risks and resolve issues affecting release, scope, schedule, and quality
  • Engage executive leadership and stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and manage expectations
  • Allocate personnel and budgets to support project teams
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business and technical requirements
  • Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services
  • Lead large, cross-division functional teams or projects and provide innovative solutions to complex problems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field
  • Preferred certification: Program Management Professional
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Automation, Change Management, Computer Science, Continuous Improvement Process, JIRA, Kanban Principles, Lean Manufacturing, Milestones (Project Management), New Product Development, Process Improvement, Product Management, Project Engineering, Project Management, Project Planning, Project Schedules, Risk Management, Scrum (Software Development), Software Development, and Sprint Planning
